In order to meet many of the demands of today's Mechanical Projects, contractors must insure timely and accurate installations the first time. Dynamic Systems is an industry leader when it comes to planning and coordinating the installation of mechanical systems. Our mechanical detailers are some of the best in the trade. Our ability to take conceptual data and turn it into complete coordinated working drawings is an asset owners find extremely valuable. Our in-house capabilities for total HVAC piping, sheetmetal, plumbing, and process piping allow us to deliver a very organized, controlled, and cost effective installation.
We virtually detail all piping and ductwork for the project. The majority of this work is performed in the first quarter of the schedule. From these detailed drawings, we identify the majority of all interferences and conflicts on paper prior to expending non-productive field man-hours. This allows us to do a complete material survey to insure the correct materials and quantities are purchased and are available when required. Fabrication spool sheets are generated to allow for prefabrication of nearly all of the piping and ductwork. Prefabrication permits us to perform a large portion of the work under a very controlled environment enhancing both quality and production.
Dynamic Systems can provide construction documents
produced with computer automated design (CAD). Auto CAD is
currently the primary CAD system we utilize along with a 3D mechanical
software package to represent actual piping and ductwork components.
This system provides a “What You See is What You Get"
computer model which can be verified for conflicts with structure
and other trades on the project. All of our projects are subjected
to a review using Navisworks 3D graphical viewer equipped with clash
detection capabilities. Our ductwork models have the ability to
download directly to the sheet-metal fabrication shop and into their
Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) driven automated fabrication
equipment. Our piping systems are sent out as “Spool Tickets”
which the pipe shop fabricates.
